This was a group interview with 3 other candidates and 1 interviewer. The group format led to hardly any in-depth questions being asked to each candidate. Further, the group format resulted in one candidate essentially talking non-stop, not allowing for the other candidates to have a chance to talk. I don't understand how this can be a sufficient form of interview for Wolt. The interview started with everyone introducing themselves, and the interviewer asking some basic questions. We were then given an overview of the company and role. The interview ended with a so-called 'group activity,' which consisted of being given a scenario and then discussing what we would do. At the end of the interview, we were told we will hear back from Wolt in around 2 days (even if unsuccessful). I never heard back from them.

They had an online group interview. They were supposed to have 4 applicants, but 2 of them didn't show up. The interviewer first introduced ourselves in about 3 sentences. Then she explained the work and the company's policies and wages. After this interview, if we're chosen, we'll have a 30-minute in-person interview with the warehouse manager at the place. They sent me an invite about 5 hours after the meeting.
