Interview was ok. Did and online interview via zoom with two recruitment associates who made me feel relaxed and were super nice. Questions were basic customer service type questions. I feel like they are looking to hire someone with a good amount of call center/CSR experience.

Name a time when you had to handle a situation and got approval from a manager after the fact.
I was asked for a video interview with a preset of questions, however, the HR sent me the option for a video call with a representative. The interviewer was polite and straight away asked me abou the possibility of moving because I wasn't living at the location of the job position.

It was rescheduled at first, but overall I was treated in a nice and professional way. I'm glad I had this experience. This was my first interview, and even tho I was rejected I have learned a lot.
