There were three rounds...the first round was kind of an eliminatoin round where very basic questions were asked(HR round)..... the second round was taken by the managers who wanted to see if the candidate will be able to handle the pressure...the third round was and aptitude test( not very easy)

Worst to the most,there where no proper organised interview and the kept the interview on the phon which totaly un acceptable,The staffs where very rude and the total place is like a mess
