Ok. After you've finished your application online, you should be able to start driving within a week. In rare cases the background check can take up to two weeks. Once you're activated (Uber will send you an e-mail), you are good to go! You just log into the driver app and click “Go Online”.

Interview
Here’s the best way to answer “Describe the interview process” (you can write this in form / say in interview):
The interview process consists of multiple rounds.
Round 1 is the Versant Test, which includes Listening, Reading, and Writing assessments to evaluate communication skills.
Candidates who qualify Round 1 will move to the next rounds such as Technical Round, where programming, SQL, and problem-solving skills are tested.
After that, there will be an HR/Managerial Round, where communication, attitude, and role suitability will be evaluated.
Finally, selected candidates will receive the offer based on overall performance.
The interview process was well-structured and professional, with clear communication at each stage. It included thoughtful questions, relevant discussions about skills and experience, and a comfortable environment that allowed for open conversation and fair evaluation.
