I applied online. I interviewed at William Blair (London, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Interviewed in August 2019 with HR. Was told I would hear back within 2 weeks. Received an email a month later, saying they were still reviewing and I would hear back in a month. A month comes and goes, I hear nothing so email HR. HR says they will get back to me soon. Heard nothing, until I got a rejected email at the end of January, 5 months after the interview, with no feedback given. This is a terrible company that does not respect its interviewees. I see this as an indication of how the company values its employees, so bullet dodged.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We regret to hear you did not have a positive interview experience. We appreciate your interest in William Blair and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
