I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market in Jul 2011
Interview
From the outset until my in person panel interview I had five phone interviews. Their biggest interest was in finding candidates who fit the company culture. I have the skills but they weren't terribly interested. I was several years older than those who interviewed me, they should have known from my graduation dates that I'm not in my 30's. I wish I had worn circa 70's attire, bell bottoms and Birkies. And, NO makeup, don't bother to style your hair.

I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (East Lansing, MI)
Interview
Overall a good experience, asked to do some small amount of prep work to present before a panel. Solo video interview followed by a panel interview with 4-5 leaders. I would recommend others to apply.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Houston, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was a panel interview with other team leads. They asked multiple situational questions and how I would handle certain things. Overall straightforward if you have problem solving skills.

I applied online. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in Jun 2023
Interview
Super easy interview process. They asked basic questions, like where I lived, availability, and in what area I would like to work within the store. They asked why I would be a good fit for the position, how do I respond to new project assignments, and what I had learned from one of my mentors.
