I applied through university. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2016
Interview
Very easy going process. All of the questions asked are legitimate, and the interview is quite informative. I was able to get a feel for the company through each of the people that interviewed me, which was nice,

Question 1
What is your biggest strength, as well as weakness.
There was a zoom interview in which the interviewer asked about my experience and what I was looking for. There was no additional interview after the initial one. The process was very easy and not stressful.
Pretty relaxed phone call with friendly interviewer. The interview was set up through a college carrier fair for that same week. The call lasted maybe 20 minutes and they were very flexile with scheduling times
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whiting-Turner (Fairfax, VA) in Feb 2023
Interview
Easy, I got an email about a call, then two rounds of interviews. I got an offer on the third round of interviewing. Was very chill and laid back. Good luck everyone.
