Interview was over phone and interviewelr is very friendly. He asked about my previous job details and some technical questions about Linux and database. Then they checked my communication skills
Interviewers did not turn on cameras, making the session feel like a one-way interrogation rather than a professional exchange. There’s a clear lack of basic respect for the candidate’s effort and preparation.
