You need to fill out the application in full and submit a resume that shows you meet the minimum qualifications to get through HR. They will select the top candidates and schedule HR interviews. Once the HR interview is complete they select the top candidates and present them to the hiring manager.

Hirring starts with sourcing of qualified candidates. Once invited an applicant has to undergo 3 sets of exams, an online language assesment, cognitive exam and work inventory test. After finishing all exams and passing them, an applicant will have to succeed with an initial interview, validation and final interview. If qualified the candidate will have to accept the offer, depending on the accounts terms and conditions, and then will be endorsed for training.
