3 separate interviews. 1) technical interview 2) Day in the life (younger employee tells you what life is like at WMP 3) Behavioral by a director or partner. Overall its fairly straight forward and they are were all upbeat enthusiastic people happy to share their stories about working for a smaller consulting firm. Many spoke of the family atmosphere, open culture, keg in the kitchen that's always tapped :). Everyone there seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
