The interview process was quite thorough. I had the opportunity to meet many colleagues throughout the institution. It was completed remotely which was also convenient. I think that the team did a great job with this but the interview was quite time consuming. I can see how that was important though and helped ensure that the faculty was well qualified and a good fit on both sides

There were multiple interview phases for the above position. However, the interview questions were fair and the employees were relatively friendly during the interview process. Overall, I had a good experience with the interview process other than the length of the process.
