Very informal and comfortable. Met with the department manager, who was a delight, and just discussed the position that was available. They were pretty quick to get back to me with an offer, but unfortunately their offer wasn't anywhere close to the salary I have been making. They were unwilling to negotiate, I kind of felt they did not want to pay for my experiences and knew they could hire a new nurse for a much lower price. Very sad as I loved meeting with the manager and I saw myself bringing a new future to the department as it grew under its new name of Wellstar Spalding.
