Interview
Interview was very short and easy, I received a call where they asked a few basic questions and then was invited for an in person interview a few days later. The director of the school showed me around and asked me a few more questions, then hired me on the spot. Questions were all pretty straightforward and asked about my experience working with children who have special needs, my willingness to play with them, and how I felt about relationship based learning.
