Interview
Once you apply online for a position expect about 3 weeks to get a call if selected. Phone interview will take place before interviewing (you will be one of many interviews so dress sharp, research the role and the company to stand out) with future manager or someone in his/her position. After about two weeks you should get a call with an offer if you were selected. One more phone interview may follow. Expect to start within a month or when training starts (whichever comes first).

What will you do if the traffic at the branch slows down and you need to meet your daily goal?
easy, had 1 interview and 1 phone screening. The questions with hiring manager were at STAR based questions. The phone screening had a few questions but not too much. It was an easier interview but the 1:1 I was kind of nervous. Both interviews were over the phone.

I went through agency so they call you and set up a phone interview and the person that interviewed me is very helpful and guide me through the whole interview.

Tell me about a time you had to work under pressure. How did you handle it?
Not organized, was told by the gentleman interviewing me that they did not know they were supposed to be interviewing and that the person who was supposed to called in. We both knew it was a waste of our time.
