Interview
interviewed as a group initially. The next part of the interview took place at the local branch with the regional manager and the branch manager. Decision regarding next steps took close to 2 weeks. Once interview is completed, there was another waiting period for the next available training program.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
