Interview
Submit an online application( they don't take/give physical copies of it at the store ). It immensely helps to have someone recommend you as they will actually look at your resume then. You will then have one or two 15-30 minute phone call interviews if they like your resume. If they still like you then they will have one to two sit down interviews where they will basically ask you the same questions they did online and on the phone. They might throw you a few random questions they didn't ask before but it's all basically the same. They then will get back to you in anywhere from a week to a month after a background check.

Ridiculous, the woman that interviewed me couldn't comprehend someone wanting a second job. The interviewer's ignorance made the interview more complicated than it had to be. They should have a Chef doing the interview for those wanting a job in preparation of food.

The interview is with a hr recruiter a and a area manager. Y area manager was a sous chef. They love to higher high school students and college students. They also give $750 for both semesters if you work a certain amount of hours.
