Started with a phone interview with the general manager which was fairly straight forward as it started with the typical question, "...tell me about yourself." Having my résumé in front of me made this easy yet kept in very brief while highlighting my accomplishments. Asked about reason for leaving for each former employer. Second interview was with same person and his boss as a panel interview, so some repetition of phone interview and additional behavioral based questions. After these two interviews, I got an offer within a couple of weeks.
