However, the case study interviewer seemed to be having a bad day—there was no self-introduction, and she jumped straight into the case study with a strict tone and an impatient attitude. She gave me 30 minutes to complete the task, followed by a 15-minute discussion. Although I sensed early on that she didn’t like me—which likely affected my score—I believe I performed well. The case study was the Excel-based coffee maker analysis, which I had seen others mention before. It was relatively straightforward. My logic, solutions, and recommendations were clearly presented. Unfortunately, I got the impression that she formed a negative impression of me from the beginning, even without a proper introduction.
