Interview
I was one of the first employees hired so my interview process was different than new employees, but I will say the interview was a little disappointing. They wanted me to bring my grooming toolbox to see my tools, which I did, but they didn't even ask me about it, which showed a lack of interest in the business itself and only in the money.

Question 1
When asked what my availability was, and I told her I could only work on weekends because of school, she asked, "If we needed you to, could you work on a Wednesday and have off on a Saturday?" I agreed to it but was surprised my schooling didn't seem to mean much.
