2 rounds of interviews. They will have you answer six behavioral asssesment questions. Answer them as honestly as possible and show that you are willing to learn. You will be required to be issue a background check and a drug test for full consideration of employment. I was told the background check can take anywhere from 2 days to a week.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.

The employer reviewed my resume and went over the position of a shift lead. They asked about my retail experience and experience managing a staff. At the end we did a walk through of the store.
