The interviewer was very calm and polite and they go through a list of prechosen questions. The questions were very brief and typical of a customer service position and the interview lasted about 20 mins.

Describe a challenging situation at work and how you handled it
First was a group interview in which we had to solve a task together. We were given multiple cards with different scenarios and we had to put them in order of which scenario is best to worst. Then we had an individual interview where they questioned us on our communication skills and general customer service skills.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Waitrose (Bath, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
First you have to do an aniline test in which you encounter lots of real life situations. It is multiple choice and you rate the options from most likely to least likely. In essence, it is about how you would interact with the other partners and of course with the customers. You then receive an email with a summary, which describes you pretty well. If you pass, you will get I voted to an interview in person.
