Had a really good and fair interview process at WPP. Had an initial coffee catch up and two formal interviews. The team were great to deal with and had great comms with them

How do you manage working on large scale global accounts?
Was fair, phone screen and then sent some questions to fill out. Didn’t move forward but I assume the next step would have been a panel or presentation. Recruiter was responsive and transparent.

Screening interview was fast, no complex questions, simple phone call with recruiter, at the end agreed on following interview with department head the next day, but eventually was ghosted, no reply whatsoever
