I received a voicemail message asking for a callback to set up a time for a phone screening. I returned the call and had to leave a voicemail message. I got a callback and instead of setting a time for a phone screening she started the initial phone screen - which was more intensive than your usual screening interview. She set a time for an in house interview. I was told who the two people were that would interview me but only one was there at the interview and someone else had taken his place which wasn’t a big deal, but I thought it was odd since he was obviously in the office and they had mentioned him in conversation and didn’t explain why he wasn’t in the interview. They had questions typed out. I got the impression that someone else has specific questions they wanted answered. The questions were pretty standard and the entire interview process took approximately 30 minutes.
