The interview process: phone screening, Interview with hiring manager, interview with someone currently on the team. The interview process wasn't too hard almost easy really. Phone screen is to assess interest in position(basic questions), interview with hiring manager is mostly talking about yourself and past projects(no generic behavioral which is great), final interview you show past projects you done and describe your code. Wasn't too bad and they keep you comfortable during the interviews. I just wish the final interview was a bit longer, you only have 30 minutes to show off technical skills and ask questions about the role. I'll also say this they gave me an automated rejection email despite making it to the final round of interviews. No message from the hiring manager on why I didn't get the position. Nothing. Made me feel like a number and not a person and as if they had no real interest in me. Process was also long. 3 weeks just to hear back, and another 3 weeks for interviews. Tldr: Interview process was great, could work on how they reject candidates.
