Interview
I personally went through 2 written timed case studies and an hour long in-person interview. You can already expect what kind of work they do through the case studies which is nice. Before the case study, I was asked clarifications on my work experience via email.

Interview
I had a meaningful time interviewing with Vriens & Partners. The Interview was divided into two parts: one part was focused on the Written Test (which was accomplished prior to the interview). Questions concerned the thought processes I employed, strengths and weaknesses of my answers, and reflections on the overall process.
On the other hand, the second part was all encompassing. It is like any other interview where I had a mix of technical and personal questions. In general, I found it to be enjoyable and allowed for ample reflection on my goals and career plans with the Firm.

Interview
Two interviews plus 1 written examination. Interviews aim to gauge whether candidate has clear ubderstanding of government and able to devise strategies on how to engage them. Written exam involves answering case studies.
