Firstly be well preparing for any situations to say it on interview like situation for shy, achieving, challenge you faced and how you solved it , anther challenge you faced but couldn't to solve 100% , how can you use selling skills .

Question 1
putting you in hard situation then ask you to solve then when solve it he will make it so hard then u have to solve then he will make so complicated then you have to solve it on short time and be calm and he want to see your working under pressure and intelligence.
There were 3-4 round. Where in they check practical knowledge regarding Excel and general knowledge.
They also check regarding overall management view like leadership and all. They check your knowledge regarding KPI and TAT and how you manage your task.

Quick fire questions pre recorded and randomly generated. Not enough time to answer questions and they are a bit unusual and not the relatable to the role. Also competency tests beforehand were all good, only the pre recorded questions were bad
