The process started with a phone interview with the recruiter. Then I completed a personality test and another type of test to determine if I have a sales inclination. Then I was selected for an in person interview with the recruiter. She later told me that the company would be contacting me to have a face to face interview. Had several face to face interviews and then a face to face discussion over the offer and acceptance.
