I was contacted by recruiter for a pre-screen telephone conversation that took about 15 minutes. We then scheduled a phone interview. It was a 45 minute interview with manager of the department about my experience and the open position. Mainly asked questions about project work and coursework, but it was an entry level postion. I tought it went really well, but never heard anything nor got a response to follow up email I sent. Overall, average experience with Victaulic.
