They have been nothing but professional in the interviewing process. They have made it quite enjoyable. However, it is a bit of a lengthy process, but they have been able to assist and answer all questions that I have had.

Question 1
Do you think this is a role that you could strive in?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Victaulic (Melbourne, FL)
Interview
HR interview with an actual company HR person then you interview with a sales manager and then interview with VP or Director or Manager’s boss. Interviews are done on zoom or teams. After you have multiple interviews and send multiple thank you letters, no one from this company follows up with you via emails or phone calls. Even if you politely call them or professionally email them they won’t return your messages or follow up with you. Yes, this is after multiple interviews. That is rude and disrespectful ! I would not want to work for a company with these type of low standards in their HR dept and from their people in leadership positions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Victaulic (Easton, PA)
Interview
Very lengthy. Involves many questionnaires, personality test, and face to face interviews. One of the surveys takes as much as six hours to complete. The hiring process will require significant investment of time from candidates. I believe their goal is due diligence, but I suggest they reevaluate their processes - they're a bit of an overkill. Also, there seemed to be a disconnect between their recruiters (who are internal) and the hiring managers. This may have extended the process somewhat. There is so much work to do in the process, that you may get the feeling that you are already working for the company before you actually are hired.
