The interview process was structured yet conversational. It began with an initial recruiter screen to discuss background, career motivations, and interest in Verve Group. This was followed by conversations with some team members. The conversations were thoughtful and focused on both cultural alignment and technical expertise. Each step felt collaborative, with time for me to ask questions and better understand the company’s global structure, adtech products, and leadership style. The process required preparation around programmatic advertising knowledge and examples of cross-functional collaboration, but it also provided valuable insight into how Verve operates as a global organization.
