person to person interview. 2-3 people will interview. a manager, 2 senior programmer.
will ask questions which ranges from basic to situational. there are questions that you can answer by memorizing. some questions can only be answered if you have done it your career. (technical interview).
Two technical round interview. 80% scenario based questions. HR discussion will be started once technical interviews get completed. HR will explain the process and package details. Once they received all the documents, they will release the offer letter if the candidate is fine with the offer.
Over all a good experience not tough great but there should be proper communication from starting stages. Got better offer from another company so didn't accepted this offer. Interview process is difficult
