The process was lengthy and extremely thorough, which was a little shocking, but then I realized that turn over rate is extremely low and Venterra carefully selects their talent to ensure the best fit for both the company, and the employee. Everyone I interviewed with was kind, professional and on point with their questions and conversations about the position. I first had a Skype interview with Vanessa, who was helpful in providing background information on Venterra, and then proceeded with an outline of the position. She was open to questions and clear about next steps. The rest of the process included an aptitude test, several phone interviews with different people that the selected candidate would be working with, an in person interview with the Marketing Director, and meeting with the Marketing group. Again, everyone was clear about their roles, the company, and how the candidate would work with them. I don't feel that any questions were out of the ordinary as everything pertained to knowledge required for the position, and past experiences that applied.
