First they call you to set up a Skype interview. Do that for 15-30 min, I was told I'd be called back for the first interview, with the regional leasing manager. I did, went about a week later to one of their properties. There was a timed test with basic math questions, critical thinking and even random history questions. After the 15 min ran out the actual interview took about an hour. Could be cut in half as a lot of the questions were just reworded it seemed. Was told I would get a call back to set up an interview with the property manager. Couple days later I had an appointment to meet the manager at the actual property. Same questions, about an hour long interview. Venterra is definitely thorough, which is a good thing. Just hard to come up with 3 different answers for the same questions.
