Interview
Two phone interviews and one video call. The phone interviews were relatively easy, simple questions such as "tell me about yourself" and "can you legally work in the USA?". Also wanted to know if I had a car and if I could drive to meet students. They went over my academic experience and had me fill out a form listing all of the subjects that I wanted to tutor. Overall the process was easy and they wanted me to join the team.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

Interview
The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
