Interview
It was an involved process as to be expected from a large company. A lot of back and forth with HR as well as a phone interview.
I was expecting to meet with a several people. It was a little unnerving to meet with an entire group at once. They all had assessment form which they filled out as I was being interviewed. That I found distracting. Also the dynamic of talking to all at once wS challenging as it becomes easy to direct all your comments to one person.

Easy and based solely on STAR questions. Situational and as long as you have somewhat of a job history you should be able to answer the questions rather easily. Interview process only took about 3 hours after meeting with several managers and people that work in the department.
