I took the assessment exam took 4 weeks to hear anything back. Got a call to come in for an interview. Interview was a behavior question type interview with 4 people asking questions. First interview was on a friday and got a call on Tuesday to come in for a second interview.

In depth and long. Takes about three months in total from applying to offer. after tests and interviews no follow up until a random email comes through with either a decline or an offer

Interview
Interview process consisted of psyche evaluation, technical exam, drug test, and sit down interview. In the interview basic questions were asked about how you reacted in a situation and what the follow up was. The questions were pre-written.

Very organized and considerate. Interviewed during Covid-19, so we all sat away from each other. I had 5 supervisors interviewing me, each one took turns asking questions. Gave a great overview of the company to start.
