Interview
It's a complete waste of time. I don't know how they can ask you to commit to a two to three weeks interviewing process without knowing the final outcome. I feel so bad for wasting my time and getting involved with the whole process. Complete inexperienced evaluators telling you what to do. They definitely need to simplify their screening process. People have a life and can't be just preparing for for interviews with them for three weeks before they get the final outcome. The pay is also not that great for the odd hrs you have to work at.

Question 1
Introduce yourself and after the mock they give you feedback and offer you a pay. They will ask you if you accept the pay. But my point is why are you bothering cause even you don't know if you will hire us and you will be evaluating us for like three more weeks.

Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
