I was interviewed by a pleasant Chinese recruiter who had read my resume and did not ask me a lot of questions about my job experience. He then played the role of a child while I presented my demo class. Finally, he offered me a base salary plus bonus opportunities and explained the hiring process to me.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.
