I had a phone interview with an HR recruiter prior to my in-person interview. Once I completed the phone interview, I was given all the information regarding the in-person interview. My in-person interview was with the nurse manager of the unit I applied to.

Applied for job and within two weeks received a text from manager to set up an interview. Went to interview and was show the facility haven't heard back from them yet but its only been a month.

Submitted online application on website. Emailed me with a zoom interview. Zoom interview was about 30 minutes long and was more of a conversation than an interview. The interviewer provided a lot of insight and information about the unit and what my responsibilities would be.
