Current interviews for students are over the phone, and situational based type questions. After setting up a interview time, HR will call you and go over what your responsibilities are and then ask about 5 questions, before offering job over the phone.

I had a phone interview that lasted about 15 minutes. The questions were relatively easy, mostly explaining what you would do in a specified situation. Discussed previous experience, expectations, desire for the job and the company.
