I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at VCA (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Laid back and stress-free question and answer, took me out to lunch and discussed what I was looking for and what they were looking for. We were all just basically talking about random topics just to get a feel for each other's personalities.
Very pleasant experience. No behavioral questions, more like a talk to get to know you. They ask about what your goals and what do you care the most about the practice you work at.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at VCA in Mar 2021
Interview
I reached out to a recruiter who sent my application to hospitals she thought would be a good fit. The interviews themselves were more me shadowing the veterinarians during their shift. After shadowing, I’d let the recruiter know what I thought and so would the practice and we went from there.
