Simple and straightforward. You complete a screener and one interview then have to complete web-based trainings. From there, you are required to set up your account, add your availability (it is a flexible scheduling system).
Interviewer was kind and informative. Pay was the only deterrent. It was way less than expected. The position included phone and text therapy. Interviewer explained free CEUs which is a perk.
