I had a screening meeting with the recruiter after being referred by a colleague. Next, I had a meeting with a peer. Next, I met with the SVP of Sales and the SVP of Customer and Solutions Experience. After that, I was ghosted. Even as an employee referral, I was ghosted. Companies MUST do better than this.
