The first round is a video interview with the recruiter. The recruiter used questions that were pulled directly from AI tools without being considerate of my experience or what I shared.

How do you handle stressful situations, particularly when dealing with sensitive customer information or high-risk cases?

Interview
2 assessments (both pre interview). Followed by 6 interviews (recruiter J Williams, team lead, hiring manager, fraud ops employee, the Fraud Recovery manager, and my senior director). It was efficient!
