Initial First round through university recruitment process. 1:1 interview with a recruitment specialist.
Second round on-site in Golden Valley. 4-5 hours interview process consisting of a presentation, 3 40 minutes 1:1 interviews and a networking session & facility tour.
All interviewers were very professional & humble.
95% of the questions were behavioral/situational questions.
Emphasis on leadership, team, learnings from mistakes, ethics etc.

phone interviews.. very informative and appropriate. Not only did they ask me questions, but they were open to me asking questions regarding the company and their personal experiences in working at United Health Group.
