The interview process was a series of teleconferences with different individuals. The calls began with HR and finished with an interview from the director. There were many conversations with the recruiter and the team I would have been working with. We engaged in discussion on the regulations and topics I voiced experience with such as CMS compliance and HIPAA. After it was identified that the transition would not include a sufficient increase in salary and I would be required to work from home for a majority of the time, I declined the position.

All interviews with this company are done through a video app you must load to your personal computer, tablet or personal cell phone. All interviews are done in stages beginning with a recruiter first.
