very brief interview process. submitted application and heard back about a week later. had interview in person; very relaxed process. mostly behavioral questions. nothing was particularly challenging. very nice experience and smooth application process
Phone call-- questions pertained to experience more than anything; "tell us about your past experience". "do you have any experience with [so and so], etc. Interviewer was very nice and listened to everything I had to say!

Concealed the fact that internship was unpaid until the last minute of the interview. Otherwise fair and applicable questions. The lack of organization within UW was not exposed during the interview process.
Went through one stage of interviews with the Manager of the team and it was very conversational and easygoing. Questions weren’t hard or challenging at all. No behavioral questions—just getting to know you questions
