Were very accommodating with the interview process. Let me begin with Skype interviews since I was out of state at the time. Had 3 interviews total. First with the HR Manager, then with the Department Manager, and then with my direct supervisor. Everyone was very friendly and asked the typical interviews, but felt more casual.
