I applied online. I interviewed at Union Savings Bank (Danbury, CT) in Mar 2017
Interview
They never get back to you about their decision. Communication from HR is not good. The interview itself was not bad but they should tell you that you are no longer being considered.
We regret that you had such a poor experience. We have a new applicant tracking system in place to ensure that this is not the outcome. Candidates are notified when the offer is made and the conditions for hire are met. This process may at times take longer than anticipated.

Interview
Was overall a typical interview. We went through my resume and asked for some times when I had to overcome a challenge and when I was a team player. I also had to complete a relatively basic computer quiz on money counting and math to ensure I could handle money.

Question 1
What is your sales experience? How would you go about selling me this pen?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Union Savings Bank (Danbury, CT) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was called shortly after submitting my resume and application and had and interview within 24 hours. I had to do a test first and then I interviewed with the VP of HR. This first interview went well and I received a phone call from the preferred branch within 48 hours about coming in to interview with them. I interviewed with this branch and most of its staff which all gave me positive vibes and they had great questions which I felt I had great responses too. Overall the interviews were great but I am disappointed at the lack of attention since then. I wanted to interview with other branches and the HR VP who told me to "call for anything" has yet to return my calls. The branch said they will keep in touch and I have not gotten a phone call in over 3 weeks. Due to the lack of communication I seem to have with anyone now I feel that I am overall disappointed in the interview process.
