UST Cloud Operations Engineer interview questions

Took 3 rounds of interview online. Did not value candidates time, rescheduled it two times. All interview process has been cleared and then no respond. After chasing them for 3 week, HR told me that they need person onsite and would hire direct from onsite location. Seriously?? Poor management! Useless HR, HR has no clue what’s exact requirements, what’s profile. JD something else and questions are something else. Has my cousin in UK, she ask not to join this company as they have very bad attitude.
